Families must be registered as parishioners at St. John Neumann to register children for Faith Formation classes. To register your family as parishioners, please complete thisparish registration form, and return it to the St. John Neumann Main Office.
Children’s Faith Formation Registration Fees: One child – $135 Two children – $210 Three children – $250
