Confirmation Preparation

Welcome to the SJN Confirmation Program for Teens. In general, we begin preparing for Confirmation in the spring of 8th grade for all teens who are eligible for and desire to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. The Sacrament is then celebrated in the fall of 9th grade. (Some teens prepare for and receive the Sacrament in a later grade.)


All eligible teens were sent information for the upcoming Confirmation Preparation Program by mail on April 25th (2025). Please contact Angela Davis or Eric Munoz if you do not receive the mailing or have any questions.

Saint Name Form

Youth need to complete the SAINT NAME FORM using the FULL name and title of the Saint they are choosing. We ask that you aim to complete this by July 19th.

Sponsor Certificate of Eligibility

This is ONLY for sponsors who are not registered members of St. John Neumann. This will be due on June 6. Each church has their own way of administering the certificates. Sponsors should contact their parish office and ask what their process is. There is NOT a blank certificate for you to pick up from us, each sponsor will get it from their own church.
