Confirmation Preparation

Welcome to the SJN Confirmation Program for Teens. In general, we begin preparing for Confirmation in the spring of 8th grade for all teens who are eligible for and desire to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. The Sacrament is then celebrated in the fall of 9th grade. (Some teens prepare for and receive the Sacrament in a later grade.)


The information below is for teens who are eligible and have been invited by email to our Confirmation Prep Program. The parents of all eligible teens will be sent information for the upcoming Confirmation Preparation Program by email on April 10th (2026). Please contact Angela Davis or Eric Munoz if you do not receive this information or have any questions.


Sign Up for Intro Session

Parents and youth need to attend one of our upcoming Intro Sessions where we will discuss how the Confirmation Prep program works. Intro Sessions will be offered:

  • April 26 (EN ESPANOL) - Room A2 after the Spanish Mass (around 3:15pm)
  • April 27 (in English) - on Zoom at 7pm
  • April 28 (in English) - on Zoom at 7pm
