Fall Festival Volunteer T-shirt

Thank you for signing up to volunteer for our 5th Annual Fall Festival!

We thank you for helping up make this the best Fall Festival yet! If you would like a limited edition SJN Fall Festival T-shirt (that we encourage you to wear on October 17!), please complete the form NOT LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 30.

Shirts are navy blue with a "fall special edition" SJN logo on the left chest and the fall festival promotion graphic on the back.

Sizes available for the short-sleeved shirt are adult S-4XL. This shirt is 100 percent cotton and fits like the classic blue SJN t-shirt (if you have one of those).

Sizes available for the long-sleeved T-shirt are adult XS-4XL.

You will be contacted when your T-shirt is ready for pick-up.
