2025-2026 Faith Formation Registration
To register for classes, please visit the SJN Faith Formation Office between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
St. John Neumann Faith Formation also includes Adaptive Religious Education (ARE) and the Family Program (Preschool-Grade 5).
Please note that in order to register children for Faith Formation, the family must be registered parishioners at St. John Neumann Catholic Church.
To register your family as parishioners, please pick up a copy of the Parish Registration Form from the Welcome Desk and return the completed copy to the Parish Office.
Faith Formation Registration Fees:
One child – $135
Two children – $210
Three children – $250
